Ascend Featured in Mergermarket Discussing M&A in the Cybersecurity Space

James Ward interviewed our own DJ Palmer about the state cybersecurity space over the last three months and how M&A is not slowing down despite market valuations dipping in other sectors.

July 1, 2022—By the end of May, acquisitions of North America-based cybersecurity firms in 2022 had reached USD 29bn, according to Dealogic. Despite the market being more cautious, cybersecurity multiples remain high amid the everchanging threats and security challenges. As the proliferation of technology has increased, cybersecurity has become the top priority for almost all organizations.
