Lori Rose-Drew

As Vice President of Operations, she is the operational backbone of the firm, partnering with leadership to ensure that every initiative, every process, and every team has what it needs to perform at the highest level. The work Ascend does for clients depends on an infrastructure that functions without friction, including building and maintaining the systems and processes to drive the firm forward.

She brings more than two decades of operations, project management, and team leadership experience across private equity, financial services, technology, and professional services organizations. Throughout her career she has led multi-office teams, directed facilities and office operations, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and guided firms through periods of significant growth and organizational change. Her ability to build efficient operational systems and lead through complexity is what makes her an essential part of how Ascend operates and scales.

Lori earned a B.A. from the University of Mary Washington.

Outside the office, Lori can be found spending time with family and friends, traveling, and taking Pilates classes.
