Lauren Poland

Lauren joined Ascend in 2025 and serves as an Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to Ascend, she was a Corporate Banking Analyst at Texas Capital Bank in Dallas, where she focused on middle-market lending within the healthcare industry. During her time there, she worked closely with both sponsor-backed and publicly traded healthcare companies, gaining valuable insight into the operational and financial complexities of the sector.

Lauren earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of the women’s rowing team. She went on to complete a one-year MBA program at Southern Methodist University.
