Eric Parekh

Eric has over 18 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, industry consolidations, and investment banking. He has a unique lens into transaction dynamics from the perspective of buyers and sellers, and his deep knowledge base enables him to create strategic and value-add opportunities for clients.

Prior to Ascend, Eric led the origination and execution of M&A transactions at Evergreen Advisors, and worked for Raymond James and Abshier, Webb, Donnelly, and Baker. He also worked in a principal capacity for a Sterling Partners portfolio company having executed 12 deals over a 12 month period.
